Websites
This automated scan checks for common WCAG 2.1/2.2 failures using axe-core. It reduces risk and catches many accessibility issues, but it does not test everything WCAG requires (e.g. keyboard-only navigation flows, screen-reader usability, reading order, or meaningful alt text). No automated tool can certify legal ADA or WCAG compliance — that requires manual testing by a qualified auditor. Treat this report as a starting point, not a compliance guarantee.
axe-core's own research indicates automated testing can reliably detect roughly 30-50% of WCAG success criteria. The remainder require human judgment.
This scan also checks image alt-text on more element types (image maps, embedded objects, SVGs, image-role elements), accessible names on more interactive controls (dropdowns, ARIA buttons/tabs/toggles), HTML language-attribute validity, and core ARIA structural integrity (broken ARIA can hide content from assistive technology entirely). It also checks for a visible Accessibility Statement and, on pages that load a tracking script, a visible cookie-consent banner. It still does not test heading/reading order or keyboard focus visibility — no automated check in this product covers those yet.
Sales scripts & sales calls
This automated review checks scripts and calls against a small set of well-established federal rules (TCPA telemarketing requirements, the National Do-Not-Call registry, CAN-SPAM). It can reduce risk and catch some clear-cut issues, but it does not cover everything a compliance program should — including most state-specific telemarketing and insurance-sales rules, which aren't yet wired into a visible flag in this tool. No automated tool can certify legal compliance — that requires review by qualified counsel. Treat flags here as a starting point, not a compliance guarantee.
Rule coverage today is seeded conservatively with federal-level citations only (TCPA 47 U.S.C. § 227 / 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200, FTC TSR National DNC 16 C.F.R. Part 310, CAN-SPAM 15 U.S.C. § 7704). State-specific rules are verified in JustComply's rule catalog but not yet wired to any visible flag.
The two disclaimers above are the ones that currently govern each product surface: website scanning, and sales script/call review.
