Refund policy
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial that doesn't require a card, and a 3-day refund window after you're charged. That's the policy in effect today. JustComply has no live billing yet, so nothing here has ever been charged against — if you have a question about how this will work once billing opens, contact us below.
Coupon terms
JustComply currently offers one discount: $50 off your first month of the Standard plan ($99/month). It works like this:
- What unlocks it: completing a demo call with our team. There is no self-serve way to claim it, and we will never ask you to confirm the call yourself — our team records it on our end once the call happens.
- How it applies: it applies automatically to your account once unlocked; there is no code to enter.
- Limits: single-use per account, first month of Standard only, and it does not stack with any other offer.
- What “applying” actually does today: because JustComply has no payment processor wired up yet, applying the discount records your account as pending payment — it does not charge a card, and nothing on this site can charge one yet. Billing (once it exists) will never begin without your active confirmation.
